We were honored to have Deena Centofanti from Fox 2 News visit our home to interview us.  Deena and Greg  were friendly, professional, and kind.  They took a look in our refrigerator, checked out some of our before and after photographs, and had lunch with us.  We served Kale and Potato Soup, Chickpea Salad Sandwiches, and Vegan Banana Bran Chocolate Chip Muffins.  The segment will air in the Detroit area on Friday, January 16 at 10:00 pm.  Thank you Deena and Greg for taking the time to meet with us and for helping to spread the word about the power of a plant based diet!
