Savory Kale
This recipe for savory kale is simple, tasty, and has no added oil. It comes together in under 15 minutes and requires just a few ingredients. We show it here with some reheated brown rice left over from our visit to PF Chang’s a few days ago when we celebrated our 3 year vegan anniversary! For or a side dish you could also prepare some brown rice, quinoa, or couscous. I prefer to buy a bunch of curly kale for this recipe and wash it and tear of the leaves myself. To save time you could purchase a bag of torn and washed kale in the produce department.
