C and G news published a informative article about our “Evening with the Esselstyns”  event.  Marc spoke about how Dr. Esselstyn’s work influenced him and inspired him to try a plant based lifestyle.

The Esselstyn family works incredibly hard to promote the truth about how people can take control of their own health with proper nutrition.  Marc and I view them as superheroes! They changed our lives.  They empowered us.  And, they are friendly, humble, and gracious.  It is not everyday one gets to meet a person who saved his or her life.  We were fortunate to have that opportunity with the Esselstyns on January 27.  What a night!
