Vegan Sloppy Joe Recipe
When we took a PCRM Food for Life class last year, we met a a group of inspiring, friendly people. One of those individuals was our instructor, Gigi Roberts. She is very knowledgable about health, fitness, and nutrition. She is also an amazing cook! One of our favorite go-to recipes is her Vegan Sloppy Joe recipe. It is filling, rich, thick, and flavorful. We recently posted it with her permission. Click here to view the recipe. We like to prepare this dish for people who feel hesitant about plant-based meals because the texture and taste are familiar. The main ingredient is veggie crumbles which are easy to find in grocery stores. We prefer Lightlife, as shown here.
