VegMichigan, a nonprofit organization, was started in 1999 and promotes the benefits of a vegan lifestyle for the well-being of people, the planet and animals. Paul Krause is VegMichigan’s president. He and a group of dedicated volunteers work hard to make people aware of the benefits of going vegan. Their library displays are one of the ways they help to raise awareness in the community.
Many of these books are available at public libraries and can be purchased through Amazon. One of the first steps we took in our vegan journey included educating ourselves by reading reliable books. Happy reading!
