Chickpea graduated from the Forks Over Knives Culinary Immersion Course!
Congratulations to Kim for finishing the Forks Over Knives course offered by Rouxbe Cooking School! This online class teaches people to prepare foods the Forks Over Knives way with plant based, oil free cooking. It helps cooks of all levels take charge of their health with nutrition. We continue to educate ourselves about nutrition to bring you the most current, quality information possible. Kim learned a lot in this class about preparing foods in a healthful, delicious way. Some of the lessons included sharpening up on her knife skills (lol), cooking grains, using herbs, and preserving vegetable pigments. Her favorite recipe from this course is the Cashew Bechamel sauce. She combined this rich sauce with pasta, peas, and sun dried tomatoes to create a filling, creamy meal.
