Hi everybody! This is Chickpea. 🙂 When I had biology in high school I watched a documentary about Jane Goodall and felt inspired. She works tirelessly  to protect animals, improve the environment, and bring an end to poverty to make the world a better place for all of us.  She has come face to face with violence and resistance as she has spent years advocating for animals, particularly chimpanzees.  The atrocities she has witnessed and the heartache she must have endured hurts to imagine.  And yet, whenever I see her in an interview or speaking, she always appears peaceful and calm.  She is a hero.  Here is a link to the Jane Goodall Institute:  janegoodall.org.
