We have received numerous requests to bring in the brilliant Swaroop Bhojani, PhD for a lecture. Due to popular demand,  Dr. Bhojani will join us with his presentation “Understanding Our Fuels and the Human Machine.” Dr. Bhojani is a former cancer researcher in the department of radiation oncology at the University of Michigan and is the president of Hut-K, Inc. in Ann Arbor.

Greg Skrepenak was one of my best friends on the football team at the University of Michigan and I am so grateful he will be joining us for this meeting.  He was a two time All-American and Big Ten Lineman of the Year in 1991.  Greg went on to play in the NFL for the Raiders and Carolina Panthers. He will share his experiences with plant-based nutrition, his journey to better health, and his dramatic weight loss.
