Vegfest was great! Some of the speakers included Alicia Silverstone, Gene Baur, and Jane Velez-Mitchell. We had the opportunity to taste delicious vegan food, try vegan health and beauty products, and receive information about wonderful organizations.

Alicia Silverstone talked to a group of over 1200 people about her journey as a vegan and the Kind Diet. Before she took the stage, the co-founder of VegMichigan, Jim Corcoran, interviewed Marc about how he turned his health around with a whole foods, plant-based diet.  Jim is an inspiring activist who empowers people to make sound choices.  Please check out his website, plantpeacedaily.org.
