Bean stashes a bottle of balsamic vinegar in his desk.  It’s smooth and a little bit sweet and tastes great as a fat free salad dressing.  Balsamic vinegar is also delicious drizzled over grilled veggies or as a dip for bread instead of butter. You never know what you’ll find in that desk…
